Short answer you will need humidistat and some means to dehumidify you space (dehumidifier or HVAC) and humidifier if your weather calls for that. You can start by reading that post and also that one. Though both are answers for OpenStudio you can get the general idea of how to do that.

You can look at 'DesiccantDehumidifierWithAirToAirCoil.idf' example file which you can find under the exampleFiles directory in your E+ installation directory.

Generally speaking you might want to use the 'ExampleFiles-ObjectsLink.html' to find examples with Objects of interest. Also you can use the ExampleFiles.html to find what is inside the example files. Both html files are also located under the above mentioned directory.
