I don't know of any way to create a table using EnergyPlus directly to show only the information you want. I would suggest that create your own tables by one of the following methods
copying the Tariff Report into a spreadsheet program
using the SQL output file and making a custom query using a database program
use a scripting tool like Eppy or OpenStudio to extract the output you desire
