To my best knowledge you can only use humidifier but you will have to tweak down the energy add by the humidifier since it is heating the water fro tap water temperature to boiling temp. So if you use Humidifier:Steam:Gasand set the Thermal efficiency to 1 all the energy consumed by the humidifier will end up in the zone.

You will also have to account for the cooling affect of the water.

Maybe you can achieve that by adding a radiant cooling which will remove the needed amount of energy from the zone.

Probably you will need to use EMS to match the energy quantities at simulation time.
