The Space Type and Construction Set Wizard measure includes ASHRAE 90.1-2013 in the NREL measure github repository, but this repository isn't public and the updated measure hasn't been pushed to BCL yet. That should happen sometime in the next week. If you need it sooner, pass on your GitHub username and we can add you to the GitHub repository.
