If you have an HVAC system defined in your building, then the inside temperature will not change. What will change is the amount of energy used to provide that heating or cooling.

Exterior Surface Constructions are above-ground, with air as the outside boundary condition. Ground Surface Constructions are below-ground, with soil/ground as the outside boundary conditions, e.g. basement walls and basement slabs.
