Yes, yes and yes.

E+ report (readily available in OS) will hold data about thermal comfort but to my best knowledge it is up to you to optimise it. I use Climate consultant for that. You can read about thermal comfort in the Engineering Reference.

For daylighting E+ and OS uses Radiance which gives you perfect data. Again you can read about it in the Engineering Reference. Also you can find some more in OS documentation here.

For indoor air quality again I will send you to read in the Engineering Reference.

So as you see OS is running E+ under the hood and that implies that E+ features are available also in OS. most of them direct in th GUI though some need a measure to unlock them.
