A good start point would be 'SolarCollectorFlatPlateWater.idf' example file which you can find under the exampleFiles directory in your E+ installation directory.

Generally speaking you might want to use the 'ExampleFiles-ObjectsLink.html' to find examples with Objects of interest. Also you can use the ExampleFiles.html to find what is inside the example files. Both html files are also located under the above mentioned directory.

Edited answer after looking at the model:

I believe that since the collectors loop does not have Availability Manger as you can find in the above example file, the collectors are actually dissipating the tank heat into the atmosphere as can be seen in the report and the graph below:

I believe that when you will add those Availability Managers it will work fine. Also watch out for the zero flow in Plant loop 1.
