For calculating heat transfer purposes, the important thing is to have the same area of opaque elements (frame and dividers) and glazing area. Matching exact placement of opaque elements won't have a big enough impact on sunlight penetration.

For openable vs fixed windows, you need to sketch the appropriate areas for each individually. You will use one FenestrationSurface:Detailed object for each: one fixed, and one openable (likely connected to an AirflowNetwork:MultiZone:Component:DetailedOpening object).
