egillmor was right. I moved the PAT folder to my desktop and it ran successfully. I was confused as to why this would be the issue when all of my other PAT files were stored in the same number of folders (i.e C:/Research/PAT/ClimateZones/"insert city name here"/PAT)#), but this particular PAT run was stored in a folder where the city name was significantly longer than the others, so maybe this caused it to exceed the character limit. Thank you!
