It isn't recommended, as per page 215 of the InputOutputReference of the EnergyPlus documentation in reference to the EcoRoof.
It states "This model was developed for low-sloped exterior surfaces (roofs). It is not recommended for high-sloped exterior surfaces (e.g., walls)."
