It's a good question. I've had the same more generally about EnergyPlus (the engine behind OpenStudio). As far as I know, there isn't such a database, either for E+ nor OpenStudio.

I always wondered if we could get some information from the official download pages (www.energyplus.net and www.openstudio.net) which require user login. The problem is I don't have access to the logs (@__amirroth__ probably does though ;)), so I don't know if the data is useful. The second one is that both E+ and OpenStudio can also be downloaded directly from the github projects, and github only shares total download count...
