It looks like the surfaces were orphaned when you deleted the spaces. I wouldn't worry about them unless they're causing EnergyPlus errors.

You could open the OSM file in a text editor such as Notepad++ and search for the surfaces to confirm that they don't exist in your model. Just be aware that any changes you make directly to the OSM file in the text editor can cause additional issues.
