ASHRAE 62.1 calculations for a single zone system will be very simple and straightforward, but are still presented at the system level. The goal of the calculation is to determine the outside air intake at the system level, which for a single zone system is equal to Vbz/Ez (breathing zone outdoor airflow divided by the zone distribution effectiveness).

If you have a Controller:MechanicalVentilation specified you should get the ASHRAE 62.1 report to populate.
