You'll need:

• Chiller:Absorption or Chiller:Absorption:Indirect
• One of the Solar collectors, such as SolarCollector:FlatPlate:Water
• A WaterHeater:Mixed or WaterHeater:Stratified with zero heating capacity will serve as the storage tank.
• Plant loops, pumps, setpoint managers, availability managers if any, and PlantEquipmentOperationSchemes, etc

Have a look at the EnergyPlus example files, especially the ChillerAbsorption.idf or IndirectAbsorptionChiller.idf to see how these are used, and SolarCollectorFlatPlateWater.idf which used solar thermal panels to heat up a storage tank (WaterHeater:Mixed).
