A "Unhandled Exception" kept appearing, even starting in Administrator mode, disabling display scaling and troubleshooting all of the usual 4K issues: for some strange reason many of the graphic software tools require users to go back to HD to work properly. Naturally I though it was the same issue, but after a lost day troubleshooting I noticed that the computer name, "?í ???", was translated as folders that were named as "?i???_1", "?ea???" and others, according to the program that was using it!

By creating a new user with no "special" characters, the installation worked great, at least until now.

Conclusion: _Check your username folder for special characters if you find the same error; _If you decide to change the name of the folder, do not use Regedit only: there are some apps that will help you, as you will be changing several thousands of references to the old folder (and in my case the old name still lingers due to a system file. Any suggestion?)

Hope this small contribution might save you a day.
