Note for people trying to simulate with leap year data:
You need to make sure your .epw file has 8784 data fields, the leap year option is set to 'Yes' in the HOLIDAYS/DAYLIGHT SAVINGS header:
HOLIDAYS/DAYLIGHT SAVINGS,Yes,0,0,0
AND make sure you have the correct start day in the DATA PERIODS header. E.g., for 2016:
DATA PERIODS,1,1,Data,Friday,1/1,12/31
