Go to the "Constructions" Tab in the left side of the interface or another view that has construction drop zones. Then expand the constructions section of the "Library". Constructions downloaded from the "BCL" will be at the bottom of the list a few will have a "BCL" icon next to it. As a note I do recall some cases where the component name on BCL does not exactly match the name of the OpenStudio construction object. It is possible that this is what you are seeing.
