To import 90.1-2007 Space Type definitions into your model:
With your model open in the OpenStudio app, go to "Components & Measures" tab at the top and select the "Apply Measure Now" option. Select the "SpaceTypeAndConstructionSetWizard" Measure from the Whole Building -> "Space Types" measure category:
