This may be not be exact answer, but some background may help. Legacy OpenStudio and OpenStudio are basically two different software applications that do many of the same things. Legacy OS is/was geared as a 3D interface for EnergyPlus whereas OpenStudio is a full blown software that runs on top of EnergyPlus. They are both extensions for Sketchup, but they cannot both be enabled at the same time. It may require multiple open/closes. But disable OpenStudio, restart Sketchup & enable the Legacy extension, restart sketchup. This should load Legacy OS and not OpenStudio.
