As far as I’m aware the only data the gbXML format is able export from Revit are the geometry, some primary thermal properties for constructions and glazing, plus I think the latest gbXML schema may also provide the ability to export some HVAC data. I don't believe gbXML handles activity data. Should you have any specific questions or problems regarding the import from Revit please contact the DesignBuilder Support Desk who are there to help.

As far as I’m aware Hi Molly, thanks for providing the only data information on the gbXML format schema. Having spoken to the DB development team, their take on this when deciding on development priorities was that activity assignment is able export from Revit are the geometry, some primary thermal properties for constructions quick and glazing, plus I think the latest gbXML schema may also provide easy in DesignBuilder so they considered it a lower priority than the ability to export some HVAC data. I don't believe gbXML handles activity data. Should import geometry, fabric, glazing etc. As you have any specific questions or problems regarding say, the import from Revit please contact "Space Type" would need to be mapped to DB templates which is not a trivial development. They do intend to implement it at a later date, but there are other higher priorities at the DesignBuilder Support Desk who are there to help.moment.
