July 21 and January 21 are probably designs days.
You just have to select the Reporting Frequency you want for each Output:Variable. RundPeriod is the same as Annual in your case, probably not what you want.
No problem with other values: monthly will give you one point per month, hourly will give one point per hour and so on.
Also, be sure to check the right .csv file ("your_idf_name".csv). E+ may creates other .csv that you don't need.
