The ideal loads setting hooks up a "magical" district heating and cooling system that maintains space temperature set points, so it really won't let you see any sort of space temperature dynamics or unmet hours. It's useful for getting a sense of overall heating and cooling loads as a function of envelope, loads/schedules, weather conditions, etc. but it's not designed to do what I think you're asking for.
