You can also download them from BCL:

1. Components & Measures > Find Components
2. Browse to Construction Assembly > Fenestration > Window
3. Type "triple" or whatever in search bar > ENTER
4. Click on a construction to see the properties on the right side
5. Click the check box, then download

1. Close the dialog
2. Library (right column) > Constructions you should see the one you downloaded
3. Drag it into your Construction Set
