EV charging is something we're looking to add in a future version.
In the meantime, if you manually calculate the annual kWh/yr consumed by the EV, you could enter it as e.g. a dummy Freezer option. You would probably also want to create a new option in the Freezer Schedule category to reflect when the charging occurs.
