BEopt does not make the hourly supply air temperatures available to the user. Though if you are proficient at using EnergyPlus, you can take the EnergyPlus IDF input file generated by BEopt, manually add hourly requests, and re-run it.

I ran a home in Denver (once with an air conditioner/furnace and once with an all-electric air source heat pump) just to show you what kind of supply temperatures you would see:
