Hi. I am responding to this query as I am facing the same issue. I get the same error message when I try to simulate Energyplus with Externalinterface:FunctionalMockupUnitImport. Both energyplus v 9.1.0 and my FMU are in 32 bit. Any support or guidance in this regard is highly appreciated.
