Hi Anurag, Make sure not to use separate buildings, just use blocks. If you use separate buildings in design builder you can not have a central HVAC system.
District cooling is an object that simply meets the given load without any performance data. If you are using simple HVAC, then the district heating and cooling objects are used and you will see the energy reported as such in the energyplus summary reports. If you review the results inside design builder in the analysis tab, you then see the fuel usage with the efficiency included.
