I realize this is an old post, but I have issues when autosizing ZoneHVAC:PackagedTerminalHeatPump) and ZoneHVAC:WaterToAirHeatPump.

I often make this comparison and found that the PTHP is autosized as expected while the ZoneHVAC:WaterToAirHeatPump is significantly oversized.

Further, when hard sizing the ZoneHVAC:WaterToAirHeatPump, the coil peak maximum cooling rate never reaches capacity, only about 50%.

I use DesignBuilder which is still using E+ v9.4.

Any comments for others would be appreciated.
