Shading Controls not saved when reopening OS file

Hello there, I am currently using OS version 3.3.0 and doing some research on a ten story building. I was new to the environment so using Floorspace instead of SketchUp. The model includes exterior shades on almost all windows, but for some reason it does not save shading controls that i add to the sub surfaces. When i reopen the file, all of them are gone... Now i am not certain if OS properly takes into account the exterior shades.

Moreover, when I want to use the apply to select button it crashes and I have to start all over. This means I have to add every shading control type to every sub surface separately although they all have the same one. So a lot of time consuming brainless work...

I know that there is an update on OS but in two weeks I have to hand in my research at uni so im afraid the update may not work or whatever, if this would be the only solution that would also be an answer!

Thank you!
