How can geomeppy be used to modify e-plus reference building WWR?

I was attempting to use geomeppy's set_wwr on a medium office reference building, but I found that glazing also got applied to the plenums above each floor in addition to the occupiable zones. Is there a way to modify the function to only apply glazing to the occupiable zones (but still include plenum exterior wall area in the calculation for WWR) for models with built-out plenums?
