Infiltration Heating load

I am trying to model in OpenStudio a building with only one thermal zone with the assumption that I will have a constant air infiltration rate of 0.5 ach.

However, the results obtained do not seem very logical to me. It should have a heating thermal load due to infiltrations of the order of 700 W and in the results I get about 35 W.

What is wrong?

I model the filtration according with the following image image description

Next I create a fractional sechedule set always to 1 image description

After run the simulation I obtain the following results image description
