Openstudio Baseline Chiller COP

I am confused about which parameter should I use when deciding the baseline chiller COP through the EnergyPluse report. Should I use (a) cooling coils: Nominal total Capacity or use (b) Annual and peak values - Cooling: Cooling Maximum Value (CoolingCoils:PlantLoopCoolingDemand). The value from option (b) for my model is around 10% smaller than the value from option (a). That is why I got confused regarding which value to use.

Should I use (a) cooling coils: Nominal total Capacity or use (b) Annual and peak values - Cooling: Cooling Maximum Value (CoolingCoils:PlantLoopCoolingDemand). The value from option (b) for my model is around 10% 20% smaller than the value from option (a). That is why I got confused regarding which value to use.
