Axel took it down from his site for his own reasons, and doesn't wish for it to be shared. The good news is Andy McNeil at LBNL wrote up two excellent tutorials on using rcontrib (which replaces rtcontrib anyway), one for the three phase method and another one for the five phase method. You can grab 'em here:
