Not sure what is driving your goal, but after the simulation has been run, you can remove the results and store them elsewhere on your computer. I wouldn't re-organize them within the folder matching your OSM file name, that could create issues. I would leave them alone or remove them. You don't want to delete the enter folder matching your OSM name because it contains other information like weather files, and measures and measure arguments that may be part of your workflow.
