I have 0 unmet hours, but I have 4420 hours unmet according to Simple ASHRAE 55-2004. What can I do to improve this?

My cooling setpoint for summer is 24C. My cooling setpoint for winter is 29.4C. My heating setpoint for summer is 15.6C. My heating setpoint for winter is 21C.

I have some thermal zones that do not have a heating and cooling requirement. Therefore, I have not provided a heating and cooling schedule to those zones. Would this cause the unmet hours according to ASHRAE 55 2004?

So far I have changed the scheduling for equipment, people, lighting, and all everything else I could think of.

The one thing I have not done is modify the humidity and other settings in the thermal tab. The sizing factor for my cooling and heating are 1.25.

I am not sure what else I can do.
