Floor cooling water temperture to hot and condensation

I am a Master student checking the robustness of a building with OS 2.7.0 We have a problem with the floor cooling in the building. heating and cooling is with a ground heatexchanger. heating is with a heatpump. Cooling with a fluid to fluid heatexchanger. We have no air loop in the building. (we just try to solve the floor cooling error)

The errors we get are that the temperatures in the cooling loop become 64°C and there is condensation shut off. image description

some solutions? the OS, file

By trial and error it seems like the only thing that changes the water temperature is, the maximum loop flow rate. What is weird because pump flow etc is the same.
