However, with some weather files, the output:variable did not showed adaptive model temperatures of some months, so the thermal comfort status showed the value of -1 which means not applicable. Please see the attached image. I tried many weather files from EnergyPlus database. Some were ok but some were not, for instance most cases in Southern China where my building locates could not calculate adaptive model temperatures for January and December.

When i press the "Run" button in "Run simulation" window in Sketchup , a DOS screen "C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe" appears without any content, followed by the appearance of EP-Launch of previous simulation. That's it. The IDF file run well in EP-Launch directly. Can you help me please? Thanks!
