when I design window on facade with designbuilder, there is a term for openings which is window spacing. this value is the same for different windows. what does it mean?

I want to use brise soleil shading system with a variety of widths (longer than 88.9 mm limit). But Comfen program limits max width to 88.9 mm. I changed this value to unlimited in Comfen configuration file (variable_settings.xml). Due to this change, I can add brise soleil shading system with a variety of widths to library and I can use it. But at a simulation stage, comfen gives an error message about the limitaion. I have attached screenshot of this error message.

Is this error and limitation coming from EnergyPlus or Comfen itself? How can I overcome this problem and complete the simulation? Or How can I cancel this limitation completely?

I want to study on exterior venetian blind in Comfen 5.0. When I open libraries, there is 'VB-exterior-3'' slat'. What does it mean that 3'' slat? what it describes? slat width value?
