Is it always included in the (air cooled) compressor energy?

There is cooling energy, but I would expect to see some condenser fan energy under heat rejection. I did not see any way to connect condenser fans, so I assume that the assumption was the condenser fan energy is always rolled up with the compressor.

Why is there no heat rejection energy from air cooled VRF? Is it always included in the (air cooled) compressor energy?

Does such a measure exist already?(I'm not a Ruby or E+ Guru) Any reason Chiller:Electric:ReformulatedEIR is not supported?

I have manufacturer's ReformulatedEIR curves. How can I get Chiller:Electric:ReformulatedEIR in my openstudio plant loop?

Does loss of column alignment indicate a problem in my model, or is this a known glitch? I didn't find anything or didn't know what to search. Please see image:

I am trying to use the measure "Replace Exterior Window Construction with a Different Construction from the Model" to do just what it says.

I have one construction that I want to swap out for a PAT analysis.

Measure runs, identifies the existing construction, and reports replacing 0 ft^2...

I found the problem. It is ignoring inherited constructions. It only replaces constructions entered at the space level.

I am surprised to find out NREL has not written such a measure. It would be very useful for initial PAT analysis when evaluating systems.
