I'm using OpenStudio version 1.12.0 and also Sketchup 2016. I've opened that link and also tried to apply it to my problem but it haven't solved yet because there was another error. It is true that my model wasn't fully conditioned with thermal zone so I add thermal zone for spaces with no thermal zone but this is what happened when it measured :
