2020-10-07 09:03:23 -0500 | marked best answer | PAT stuck at queued running only OpenStudio Measure Hello, I've searched High and Low for the reason that I can't get the basic baseline to run in PAT and so far have not found any answers. The question I have is also posted here without any answer because the user answered their own question even though it wasn't an answer just a clarification. I want to just get my baseline model run and then add my alternatives, but I can't get the baseline to simulate. I get the server running and the analysis says it completed but there is no run time and the status is stuck at "queued". My seed file simulates in OpenStudio without issue and I ensured that in PAT I was pulling the OpenStudio Results measure from BCL rather than having a duplicate in My Measures directory. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |

2020-10-01 12:01:40 -0500 | marked best answer | Open Studio 2.9.1 Plug Load Multiplier Errror Hello, I cannot figure out why my simulation results are applying my plug load multiplier twice. There is a similar post i found that seemed to address this but it all came down to the load definition already including the multiplier, I am sure that is not the case for mine. I'm applying fitness equipment to a gym space and have treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. So I created one definition for each and then in the space I put that definition and applied the multiplier on the space load. In my reporting it multiplies twice. |

2020-09-30 15:47:14 -0500 | marked best answer | Why are people activity schedules all preset to 120 W/person? Hello, If this is baseline ignorance I apologize but I've exhausted my research options in trying to find out the answer to this question. In looking through the Input/Output file HereI got a good understanding of the sensible heat fraction that will go to dividing up the people activity into latent and sensible loads. But here are my questions.
Again, I've searched a lot to try and find other attempts at answering this question and come up empty so if this is answered somewhere else I'll happily accept being pointed in that direction! Thank you all! |
