Vayu Pravah: How to install the software correctly on windows 11?

Facing issues during simulation of CFD, even after installing OpenFOAM and MS MPI as instructed in the manual. During simulation only the meshing takes place while not the actual simulation. The total processor utilization across all cores is 0%. Request to please share the right installation process. Thank you!
