I am facing problems, while executing while executing INP to SIM conversion based on multiple weather files. I want some guidance while executing this in terminal.

What should be the folder structure.
Which file to execute and all.
Where to place all the required files, like DOE2.BAT, .BIN files, .INP files etc.
Where to put .py file
Also the code.
