I tested with an ExampleFile VentilationSimpleTest.idf (V24-1-0). I tested with an ExampleFile VentilationSimpleTest.idf (V24-1-0). I changed the Coefficients as follows so that it is not affected by outdoor air temperature and velocity. The ventilation rate should be constant.
