How to model a Water Source Heat Pump in BeOpt

I'm using BeOpt (2.8) and have the need to simulated the energy consumption of a water source heat pump in a standard mid-rise apartment building. I noticed that there is no option for WSHP and the other heat pump options are too different to accurately model a WSHP. Has anyone had this problem? What would be the best way to work around this? Thanks for any and all input.
