Why is the temperature and rel humidity so high inside my model if I set it to 18 degrees?

Hey, I am struggling a lot with my initiation in OpenStudio and Energy+. I hope somebody can guide me to see the light at the end ot the tunnel. I am modeling a small house in Barcelona. It only uses heating during November to March through a diesel boiler. I am obtaining a lot of warnings saying there is no heating load but I have set the thermostats. The confort temperature of this house is 18 degrees (because of old normative). The ventilation in this house is almost non existant and I have put the Spanish average which is 0.63 ren/h. I am not very sure if I am missing something on the interior air specs. I can run the model without any severe errors but I am obtaining an amount of diesel per year almost double of what it should be (1200 liters of diesel a year). I am doing this first initial model cause the house now will be part of a district heating system and I want to see how it will change. This is just the current state model.

Thanks in advanced for whom is reading this and is able to look into it. I cannot yet upload my document cause this account is new.
