How can I correct this so that I can assign the roof materials to the roof, floors and affected walls?

I am new with openstudio. I imported gbXML file from Revit 2024 into openstudio but openstudio identified the roof as shading object. It also identified some floors and walls as shading object. How can I correct this so that I can assign the roof materials to the roof, floors and affected walls?
