In ResStock, when trying to implement detailed heating and cooling performance data, should those be only defined in the options_lookup.tsv or do they also need to be in any of the sample files? should they be repeated for each temperature as outdoor temperature , capacity, capacity description, and Efficiency[Units="COP"]/Value for each outdoor temperature?
