EnergyPlus heat pump performance curves

Hi,

Looking into some air-source-heat-pump performance curves in EnergyPlus, the capacity as a func of temp and EIR as a function temperature curves have minimum x and y values between -100 and 100. I am trying to interpret this data in a plot and not sure if a -100 to 100 range makes sense. I would appreciate any help in this regard.
