Question about modelling a water source heat pump using Energyplus

I am modelling a GSHP using Energyplus and the plant loop for heating circuit is giving me Zero demand energy and the inlet and the outlet temperature of the supply side are equal. Any one have any idea what could be the problem, please? Many thanks
